The majority of our work is via word of mouth and we often have previous clients return to us for new or additional projects. Our Process
1.
We get the plans from your architect, we then assess these plans and then get our team involved.
2.
We organise a site meeting and discuss the project with you, the client. If budget is an issue and there are ways to cut costs, we’ll suggest this, or if the plans can be improved, we can make suggestions to various features for better living flow and function.
3.
We explain what we’ll do from start to finish and give you a quote
4.
We’ll meet with you again and once you have signed off on the contract we’ll give you a rough start date and finish date that we work to
5.
We get to work on the project and will aim to complete the work within the timeframe given.
6.
Once the work is finished, we get professional cleaners to clean the house so that it’s all clean for you and you don’t have to lift a finger.
7.
You’re now free to enjoy your new space for years to come. No matter how small or big the job is, we’ll come back in 5 – 6 weeks and double check over everything and ensure you’re happy with the final result.
